Chen Chen

Chen Chen was born in Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C, in 1991. He received the M.S degree in electronic engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2016. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at the same university.

His research interests include the analysis and design of zero-voltage-switching DC/DC converters, wide bandgap device application, high frequency converter implementation, and high efficiency magnetic component design. He also joined the MOST Moon-Shoot project, called Development and Application of High Speed Fully Integrated GaN Based Power Driver IC.

 

 

 

 

 


Kai-De Chen

Kai-De Chen was born in Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C, in 1993. He received the B.S degree in electronic engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2016. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at the same university. His current research interests include resonant converters, wireless power transfer, wide bandgap device application, and high-frequency power conversion. He also joined the MOST Moon-Shoot project, called Development and Application of High Speed Fully Integrated GaN Based Power Driver IC.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Yong-Long Syu

Yong-Long Syu was born in Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C, in 1993. He received the B.S degree in electronic engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2016. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree by direct pursuit at the same university. His current research interests include power factor corrector, resonant convertor, wide bandgap device application, and high-frequency power conversion. He also joined the MOST Moon-Shoot project, called Development and Application of High Speed Fully Integrated GaN Based Power Driver IC.
