Design and Evaluation of High-Performances Aluminum Battery Charger Using Wide-Bandgap Devices

We won an excellent work award!!!!!!

In this special competition, we developed a charging strategy for aluminum batteries and developed a high-performance aluminum battery charger based on this charging strategy.

Preliminary Specifications:

  • Input: 5-V
  • Output voltage: 2.43V (Constant voltage) battery.
  • Charging strategy: CC1-CC2-CV
  • The peak efficiency is 95.2%.
